These terms cover the studywith website and its early-access waitlist. They will be expanded with full app and subscription terms before studywith launches publicly.
What this is
studywith is a daily, guided Bible study, currently in private development. By joining the waitlist you ask to be notified when a private beta opens. Joining does not guarantee a beta invitation; access is limited and offered at our discretion.
Who can join
You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist. Please do not sign up on behalf of someone else without their permission.
What we will send you
We will email you about the studywith private beta and launch, and nothing else. We will not sell your address or share it with anyone else for their own marketing. To send these emails we use a GDPR-compliant email provider on our behalf. You can leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Changes and availability
studywith is a work in progress. We may change the product, the timeline, or the waitlist itself, and we may close the list. We will give people on the waitlist reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law, and any dispute falls to the courts of Poland. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not remove the mandatory protections of your home country.
Who runs studywith
studywith is operated by Nissi Dawid Leszczyński, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland at ul. Januszowicka 5, 53-135 Wrocław (NIP 8961469251, REGON 021837492).
