This notice covers the studywith website and its early-access waitlist. studywith is an independent project and is not yet publicly available; this notice will be expanded before the app launches to cover study data and the services that process it.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Nissi Dawid Leszczyński, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland at ul. Januszowicka 5, 53-135 Wrocław (NIP 8961469251, REGON 021837492). For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@studywith.bible.
What we collect, and why
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist. We use it only to send you news about the studywith private beta and launch. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We confirm it with a double opt-in: you must click a link in a confirmation email before we add you.
- Anonymous traffic statistics. Any analytics we add will be privacy-first and cookieless – setting no cookies, building no profiles, and never identifying you. No consent banner is needed because nothing is stored on your device.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or social media trackers.
Bot protection and hosting
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, and the sign-up form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly alternative to the usual CAPTCHA. To tell people apart from bots, Turnstile briefly checks your IP address and basic signals from your browser. It sets no cookies, builds no profile of you, and is never used for advertising. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure. As a global provider, Cloudflare may process this outside the European Union under its standard data-protection safeguards.
Where your email is stored
Our email is handled by an email service provider whose servers are located in the European Union. We do not sell or share your address, and we do not send you anything other than the studywith updates you signed up for.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe. We also keep a record that you consented and when – the date, and the version of this notice and sign-up form in force that day – for up to three years afterwards, so we can show consent was properly given.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can, at any time:
- ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it;
- ask us to delete it, or to restrict how we use it;
- object to its use, or ask for it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent, which is as simple as the unsubscribe link in any email.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@studywith.bible. You also have the right to complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the UODO (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
Who can join
The waitlist is for adults: you must be 18 or older to join. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and if you believe a minor has joined, contact us and we will remove the address.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated to people on the waitlist before they take effect.
